Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor (reformers), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates classes, personal training sessions, and workshops to clients of all fitness levels. You will be expected to design and lead engaging and challenging Pilates programs that cater to individual needs and goals. Duties
- Teach Pilates classes, personal training sessions, and workshops to clients of all fitness levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
- Design and lead Pilates programs that cater to individual needs and goals, including customized programs for clients with special needs or injuries.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' fitness levels, health status, and physical limitations to ensure the development of personalized Pilates programs.
- Provide detailed instruction and feedback to clients to ensure proper form and technique.
- Maintain accurate records of client workouts, progress, and goals.
- Collaborate with other instructors and trainers to develop and implement new Pilates programs and workshops.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Pilates, anatomy, and fitness trends to enhance the quality of your classes and programs.
Requirements
- Current certification in Pilates or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pilates instructor in a health club, gym, or private setting.
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience with program design and delivery.
- Ability to teach clients of all fitness levels, including those with special needs or injuries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with personal training or sports coaching is an asset.
- Familiarity with CrossFit, kickboxing, or other group fitness classes is a plus.
- Dance or other dance-related experience is beneficial.
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and health.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the fitness industry.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
