Luxer One is a package solutions company on a mission to completely solve the package challenge for properties of all kinds. Our automated package lockers and rooms provide multifamily properties, carriers, and residents with a secure and seamless way to deliver and receive packages 24/7.
We're seeking a hungry, coachable, customer-centric, Growth Account Manager (Multifamily Sales) to join the team. In this role, you'll proactively assess key national and regional accounts, and help identify and address barriers to growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be a touchpoint for Luxer One and our top clients.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring best-in-class CSAT and NPS Scores for identified national accounts

Rapidly responding to clients at both the property and regional / corporate level

Conducting health-checks and coordinating with CS team / Carrier Relations to solve issues

Driving system and service expansions to grow customer portfolio

Gaining insights through proactive outreach to existing customers for feedback & testimonials

Developing long-term relationships to promote growth for customers

Identifying opportunities for automation and self-service
- Forecasting and tracking of key account metrics, including the preparation of various reports
Requirements
Required skills:

Fast learner, self-starter, ability to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision

Solutions-orientation with a strong bias for Action - picking up the phone to resolve issues and drive business forward while striving to maintain a high level of trust and confidence on the part of the customer

Preferred experience:

Customer service industry: 12 months with a proven track record of delivering results

Contact Center experience preferred
- Multifamily industry experience a definite plus
