Marketing Coordinator - Content Design

We are seeking a < / span>Marketing Coordinator Content & Design< / span> to support our marketing team in executing content strategies managing creative assets and enhancing brand presence across digital and print platforms. Content & Social Media Management< / span>

• Manage the scheduling and publishing of social media content blog posts and other marketing materials.< / span>

• Assist in implementing and coordinating the marketing team s content strategy maintaining the overall master content calendar.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>

• Work with the sales team to organize propertylevel and residentlevel participation in case studies interviews and testimonials.< / span>
  < / p>< / li>< / ul>

  Creative & Design Support< / span>
  < / h4>

  • Assist in executing < / span>photo shoots video production and other creative content initiatives< / span> to enhance brand storytelling.< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Provide < / span>Photoshop and design support< / span> for marketing assets ensuring highquality visuals across digital and print platforms.< / span>
    < / p>< / li>

  • Support the development of < / span>social media graphics email banners presentations flyers and other marketing materials< / span> to align with brand guidelines.< / span>

    Marketing & Campaign Support< / span>

    • Assist the Team Lead with < / span>content and creative assets for digital campaigns< / span> including landing pages social media ads and email marketing.< / span>

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging and business objectives.< / span>

      Stay up to date with < / span>design trends social media best practices and marketing tools< / span> to enhance creative output.< / span>

      Requirements< / h3>

      Qualifications< / span>

      • 1 years of experience in marketing content creation or design.< / span>

      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Canva for content design.< / span>

      • Familiarity with social media management tools< / span>

      • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.< / span>
