We are seeking a Product Marketing & Design Manager with a strong foundation in product marketing and a keen eye for design. This role focuses on product positioning, messaging, experience optimization, and driving product-led growth through cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in print and graphic design, alongside a strategic mindset to manage processes, create compelling product assets, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Marketing

Develop and execute product marketing strategies to improve awareness, education, and adoption of Luxer’s products.

Manage and maintain the sellable product roadmap, ensuring clarity and alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Translate product milestones into actionable marketing initiatives to support go-to-market success and revenue growth.
- Lead the process flow for roadmap requests and feedback loops, including scoring systems for internal and external stakeholders as part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Content Development & Design

Create and manage high-quality product marketing assets, including sales slide content, training materials, product slicks, one-pagers, infographics, print collateral, and videos.

Build and maintain libraries for product images, icons, and technical specifications to ensure consistent branding and accessibility.

Design and develop initial product web pages for LuxerOne.com, focusing on user-friendly layouts, compelling imagery, and persuasive copy.

Develop social media campaigns and digital assets for product launches and ongoing engagement.

Spearhead print design initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality in marketing collateral, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Lead customer lifecycle marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with Luxer’s goals and resonance with target audiences.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Act as the liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure streamlined communication and process efficiency.

Provide product training and create collateral for Sales and Lead Generation teams, emphasizing the 4Ps of each product.
- Incorporate customer feedback, Sales team insights, and research data into product marketing strategies to inspire engineering and marketing partners.
Product Positioning & Launch Execution

Develop product positioning and messaging based on user research, market insights, and product understanding.

Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches by collaborating with Product, Design, Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams.

Track and analyze key metrics such as product adoption rates, user engagement, and satisfaction to inform ongoing product and marketing improvements.
- Craft meaningful stories and narratives that resonate with target audiences and stakeholders through innovative storytelling techniques.
Requirements

3 years of experience in product marketing with a strong emphasis on print and graphic design.

Proven ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, engaging messaging and visual assets.

Expertise in graphic and print design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience in managing cross-departmental processes and leading projects from concept to execution.
