Overview:
As a Receptionist/Secretary at our dental clinic, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Notify patients of upcoming appointments and handle cancellations or changes as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails and mail.
- Address patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
