Position Overview
This hands-on role involves receiving, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to contribute to a well-organized operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Material Handling: Safely transport goods using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety guidelines
- Shipping Coordination: Assist with preparing and documenting outbound shipments
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehousing, shipping, or logistics is preferred but not required
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs consistently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evening shifts if needed
