Summary
The Floor Support position provides direct, hands on assistance for operators on the production floor to keep production running efficiently throughout the entire shift.
Responsibilities
- Train Employees on work instructions, appearance standards, clipping standards, production reports, spotting defects and recording scrap.
- Relieve Operators for their breaks and lunches.
- Moving materials around the production floor, restocking supplies and ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Keep track of what jobs are going up and coming down, retrieve proper packaging, materials and paperwork for each job.
Qualifications
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and training abilities.
- Ability to support, motivate and promote Teamwork.
- Ability to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
