Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, disability coverage, workers compensation, and leave of absence.
- Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communication, system updates, and employee education.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, including coverage details, claims, and eligibility.
- HR Systems and Data Management: Support the HR function with HRIS to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Project Management: lead and manage HR projects such as implementations, process improvements, audits, and employee communication / engagement activities.
- Bachlors Degree in HR, Business or related field
- 2 years of experience in leave and benefit administration or similar HR role
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing/multi-site environment
- Familiarity with HRIS (ADP) and benefits management systems
- Computer proficiency, including a strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Intermediate spreadsheet and presentations skills.
- Working knowledge of benefit laws and regulations - federal, state, local
