We seek an Application Support Specialist to provide critical support for a suite of IBM Rational applications used by the Embedded Software group. This role maintains application performance, resolves incidents and requests via ServiceNow, and performs upgrades, configuration, and user account management. - Responsibilities:Web-based change management tool for managing source code for Electric Power Steering Systems.
Client/Server installation and configuration.
Software upgrades and patching.
Informix DBA support.
Distributed Change Management (DCM) expertise.
User account management.
Tool suite for task-based Change and Configuration Management, primarily used in embedded software development.

Experience in installation, configuration, and upgrade of enterprise software.
Hands-on experience managing Incident and request tickets using ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues and support end users.
