Presales Manager/Project Manager - Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related position. Position allows telecommuting and may require intermittent domestic travel (5-10%) to provide on-site services at unanticipated client worksites throughout the U.S. Alternatively, position may require relocation to an unanticipated U.S. client site for a long-term assignment.
Salary: $101,525 USD Gross per year.
Responsibilities
Support business-generating activities by coordinating internal presales processes, business governance, and bid activities.
Communicate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
Identify project needs by reviewing project objectives and schedules.
Monitor costs to identify budget issues.
Prepare budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
Drive the process of developing proposals including coordination of meetings, proposal preparation, integrate proposal parts from the different sources into a single proposal document, complete standard proposal parts.
Works as business development moderator, elaborates winning strategy of the deal as well as keeping whole process compliant with company's regulations and obligations.
Understand business impact of deals and evaluate prioritization.
Participate in customer negotiations.
Support sales and account management with pipeline check, clean-up and update.
Control correctness and completeness of opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
Skills
Must have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
2 years of experience in the job offered or related position, and must include at least 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Bid management.
Facilitating interdepartmental communication for projects.
Supporting sales and account management with business development opportunities.
Generating reports for management including data-driven impartial recommendations to sales leaders.
Business governance experience.
Negotiations experience.
Tools/Technologies: Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
