- Responsible for supervision of the overall operation of our dietary service.
- Oversee production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and safety for all food preparation.
- Establish the dietary department policies and procedures of our resident’s plan of care.
- Assists the Dietary Manager in the development of the department budget and maintains costs.
- Schedules department working hours, personnel work assignments, etc., to maintain quality patient care.
