What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Cook position at Luxor Healthcare?
Duties, include but are not limited to:
- Read menu, plan cooking schedule to have food ready for timely service.
- Prepare food according to standardized recipes.
- Wash, peel. cut, trim vegetables, fruits, or meat.
- Bake, roast, stew, or steam cooks meat or vegetables.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow oral directions.
- Must present work history that includes institutional or commercial cooking experience.
- Must be dependable and demonstrate an excellent attendance and timeliness record.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
