We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Hospital Liaison / Marketer to be responsible for implementing a multi-faceted marketing plan including :
Serving as the liaison to hospitals, medical professionals, and case managers to represent our facility and promote referrals, and admissions.
Developing and implementing special events and presentations targeted at senior communities, hospitals, and the medical community.
Conducting tours and meeting with potential residents and family members and following through to ensure potential referrals are converted into happy admissions.
Job Type : Full-time
Title : Senior Hospital Liaison / Marketer
Provide over site, education, to hospital liaisons & admissions directors, work with assigned Luxor Buildings and Regional Director of BD to develop strategic plans for growth and development.
Focus on increasing census and revenue by evaluating and admitting clinically appropriate patients with viable payor sources.
Be able to navigate multiple referral and electronic platforms to ensure all referral sources and buildings have received must accurate and up to date information.
Work with the admissions directors of your assigned buildings to develop, maintain, remove barriers, to achieving tasks assigned.

Experience :
Hospital Liaison- minimum 3 years
Knowledge of Missouri State and federal regulations for admitting to geriatric settings
Experience reviewing patients for viable payor sources within the SNF setting
Experience evaluating patients for meeting level of care per Missouri Guidelines
Experience navigating the referral to admission process within the SNF setting
Level One Assessments per COMRU
Level of care assessments for patients transitioning into the SNF setting
Prior authorization / carve out requests from HMO policies
