Senior Director of Marketing
Luxor Workspaces is a leader in innovative workspace solutions. We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to drive the next phase of our expansion.
Position Overview
The Senior Director of Marketing will lead Luxor Workspaces' multi-brand marketing strategy to drive product demand, enhance brand positioning, and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead P&L management, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met while optimizing marketing spend.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation across multiple product categories and sales channels.
- Establish and implement data-driven KPI frameworks to track marketing effectiveness and business performance.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and market reach.
Brand, Product & Digital Marketing
- Direct go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring strong positioning, messaging, and promotional plans.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, paid media, social media, and eCommerce optimization.
- Oversee DTC and Amazon marketing efforts, driving traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
- Guide creative and content marketing teams in developing high-impact assets that elevate brand storytelling and engagement.
Sales & Channel Support
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop sales enablement materials, promotional strategies, and demand-generation campaigns.
- Align marketing efforts with reseller and distribution partners, ensuring brand consistency and market expansion.
- Leverage data analytics to track campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and optimize ROI.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
- Hire and retain top marketing talent, ensuring the team is equipped to execute at a high level.
- Champion a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in high-growth B2C and B2B businesses, with expertise in direct and multi-channel eCommerce (including Amazon).
- Proven success in P&L ownership and scaling marketing organizations.
- Strong background in product/category innovation and workspace or technology-related industries.
- Hands-on experience with brand creative, content marketing, and performance marketing.

Computer equipment and level of software requirements:
- eCommerce Platform experience, in environments with integrations to common ERP systems, Marketing Automation and Channel Management tools and platforms.
- Marketing technology experience: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, SEO Tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Analytics – especially strong Excel required.
- Strong social media technology platform marketing experience.
