GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sr Manager - Creative is responsible for shaping and maintaining Eyebuydirect's brand identity, voice, and expression. This role is vital to the brand presence, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key commercial opportunities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Orchestrate Integrated Campaigns : Lead the design and execution of multi-platform campaigns that align creative content with business objectives.
• Strategic Leadership : Develop creative and content strategy by integrating data-driven insights with aesthetic excellence.
• Best-in-Class Branding : Oversee the development of digital branding and marketing creative across various channels.
• Trend Integration : Stay ahead of creative trends, bringing innovative ideas that elevate the brand's presence.
• High-Volume Asset Production : Direct the creation of a high volume of creative assets across all channels.
• Production : Lead production processes, including photoshoots and implementation.
• Performance-Driven Design : Drive feedback loops from performance marketing to refine creative through A / B testing.
• AI Integration : Explore ways to incorporate AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Creative Team Leadership : Inspire and lead a team of designers and copywriters.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with key stakeholders to execute campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Pay Range : 122,759.71 - 180,071.10
