Position: Dog Groomer
Location: Luxpaw Grooming Salon, Plano, IL
Compensation: 50/50 split (pay based on services)
About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are either entry-level/beginner or experienced groomers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will love animals, be passionate about providing excellent service, and be self-motivated to create a positive and comfortable environment for both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grooming dogs of all breeds, sizes, and coat types
- Providing excellent customer service to pet owners
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Managing appointments and time efficiently
- Ensuring pets’ safety, comfort, and well-being during grooming sessions
Qualifications:
- Must love dogs and be passionate about animal care
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
- Previous grooming experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a passion for learning are welcome!
