In this role, you will provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues. You will also act as a critical liaison between customers and our engineering and manufacturing teams in China, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in mechanical design and new product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support site visits and customer meetings.
