Job Overview:
- Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Act as a critical liaison between customers and our engineering and manufacturing teams in China, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and translate into actionable insights for engineering and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and propose technical solutions and improvement suggestions based on customer needs and company capabilities.
- Collaborate with customers to select and optimize appropriate materials and manufacturing processes.
- Establish efficient feedback loop between customers and internal teams to continuously improve project performance.
- Identify and proactively address potential issues before customer escalation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in mechanical design and new product development.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
