What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager for Consumer Electronics position at LUXSHARE-ICT, Inc?
Primary responsibilities:
- Collaborate with top retail and private brand customers on new product development.
- Nurture existing relationships through regular engagement and support.
- Based upon frequent engagement with our customers, products and applications, act as proactive liaison with our factory personnel as required.
- Put up reports of market intelligence in the Consumer Electronics industry by actively retrieving market information.
- Attend trade shows to engage with customers.
- Provide regular project status updates to the manager and drive timely completion of tasks.
- Travel to meet customers on site and Luxshare-ICT factories.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Prior experience in consumer electronics (preferably mobile accessories).
- Experience Level: 2 Years
- Travel Amount: Up to 45%
- Sales and customer service experience
- Demonstrated project & program management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills
- Persistent, goal/deadline driven work style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Communication skills using the Chinese language (Mandarin) is required
- Up to 45% travel to factories
