Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage or goods
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, or clients to ensure smooth transportation operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills/qualifications:
- Candidate must 21 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a van driver, limousine driver, school bus driver, bus driver, delivery driver, or shuttle driver is preferred
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vans or commercial vehicles
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers or clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for passengers or clients
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions when necessary
