Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven Assistant Manager / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales, particularly in selling service-based or package treatments within a medical spa or luxury wellness setting. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who thrives on building relationships, educating clients on aesthetic treatments, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Consultations:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Proactively promote and sell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client Experience & Relationship Management:
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative sales approach to ensure clients feel valued and informed.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client inquiries with expert knowledge of treatments and skincare products.
- Operational Support & Leadership:
- Assist with front desk duties, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Support team members in maintaining an inviting, professional spa environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a medical spa, high-end salon, or wellness industry.
- Sales Expertise: Strong ability to sell service-based packages and exceed revenue goals. Experience in high-ticket sales is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare treatments, injectables, laser therapies, and other medical spa services is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for client satisfaction and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling and point-of-sale (POS) software to manage client transactions.
