Role Mission
As a Lux Experience Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our team, collaborating with the Lux Experience Designers to curate exceptional travel journeys for our valued clients. You'll be responsible for seamlessly arranging a variety of in-destination services, ensuring timely confirmations, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Service Coordination: Be the point of contact for client service requests via email).
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with the Lux Experience team to fulfill client requests for in-destination services.
- Destination Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of travel destinations to enhance your contributions and offer valuable insights to clients.
- Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with our network of DMCs, local providers, tour operators, and hotel concierge departments.
- Quality Assurance: Meticulously review confirmed bookings and services for accuracy.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange a variety of in-destination services including:
- Transfers (ground, ferry, train)
- VIP services (Meet & Greet, fast track options)
- Spa treatments, golf outings, and activities
- Restaurant reservations
- Car rentals
- Tours in CORE Destinations such as Turks and Caicos, Mexico, Anguilla, St. Barths.
- Itinerary Management: Upload service details into the Admin system and conduct quality checks for specific destinations and VIP itineraries.
- Data Collection: Participate in data collection initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly proficient in English communication, encompassing both written and oral formats.
- Proficient in travel booking systems and technology.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
