Responsibilities

- Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
- Develop and implement organizational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee training development.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all office activities.
- Supervise clerical staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
- Monitor compliance with medical office regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
