Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced appliance repair technician who will service a select few brands of luxury appliances in our service areas. If you’re tired of having to service 20 different brands and are looking for an opportunity to become a proficient technician repairing high-end appliances in beautiful homes, then Luxury Appliance Care is for you.

We ask that you have experience in appliance maintenance & repair, electrical wiring and troubleshooting, HVAC, or other mechanical, problem-solving discipline. If you do not yet have experience, we are always willing to train the right individual who has a great attitude, some mechanical ability, and the drive to be part of a terrific team.

Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and repair high end home appliances (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, and Best brands)
• Effectively communicate with the customer
• Look up and order parts using our software program
• Remove and reinstall products
• Maintain truck stock inventory within company guidelines and standards

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

• Some experience preferred with repair for appliances, electronic or mechanical items
• Maintenance and repair background
• Ability to read diagnostic materials
• Computer technical knowledge

• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

• Be detail oriented and be able to follow processes and procedures.
• Take pride in their quality of workmanship.
• Have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving history.
• Have the ability to be CORI certified (background screening).
• Have the ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screenings.
• Have the ability to lift 60 lbs., push 100 lbs. and pull 50 lbs.

Our goal as a family company is to ensure there is a proper work/life balance for our technicians. We offer a Monday – Friday daytime schedule with no nights, weekends or on-call. Our dispatch team schedules your day and, although out of control things happen during your shift, our goal is to get you home for dinner. Saturdays are an optional, not mandatory, overtime day.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
