Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational, communication and collaborative skills
- Effective, proactive, problem-solving skills to minimize production down time
- Solid understanding of automobiles preferred but not required
- A sense of urgency to provide timely distribution of parts to technicians to meet production schedule
- Must be enthusiastic about giving and receiving feedback, be accountable and hold others accountable
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean production floor, parts room and general shop appearance
- Periodic cross-training with other positions within the body shop
- Correctly mirror match parts and inspect quality as delivered
- Ability to manage multiple functions and lines of communication
- Aptitude to continuously learn and understand body shop processes
Must have a valid Driver’s License. Candidates must successfully complete a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check. We are an EEO employer.
