What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance/Sales Manager position at Luxury Auto?
Job Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday
10:00 am to 5pm, Saturday
A competent Finance and Sales Manager has a strong understanding of the financing process and additional programs available. Their main responsibility is ensuring customers get what they need to afford a vehicle and that it’s properly protected.
- Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
- Finding competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles
- Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved
- Verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly
- Maintaining strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive rates
- Ensuring compliance by following all local, state and federal regulations
- Training the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,849.09 - $168,477.84 per year
