As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area and assisting clients.
*Responsibilities*
- Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership
- Maintain cleanliness of service drive and service lane
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting and assisting clients
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds with clients upon arrival
- Perform inspections of courtesy vehicles
- Ensuring inventory vehicles maintain appropriate State-of-Charge per manufacturers' specs
- Other duties as assigned
*Skills*
- Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Knowledge of valet parking procedures is a plus
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or working in a dealership environment is beneficial
- Bilingual skills are a bonus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Team-Player mentality is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
