Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a sales team in your territory
- Train and mentor new hires to ensure consistent performance
- Monitor sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Work with marketing to improve outreach and lead flow
- Represent the brand at industry events and local expos
- At least 3 years of professional work experience, ideally in sales or customer-facing roles
- At least 1-2 years of managerial/lead experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
