About the Role:

We’re hiring a Sales Manager in Training to help grow our in-home sales team. You’ll start by learning our systems, products, and processes, and then gradually move into recruiting, training, and leading your own team.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage in-home sales reps
• Assist in setting and achieving team sales targets
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to new team members
• Partner with marketing to improve lead generation and customer experience
• Attend local events and expos to support brand awareness and lead generation
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of sales experience required, ideally in-home or direct sales
• 1-2 years of leadership experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed
• CRM proficiency or willingness to learn
