- Previous in-home sales experience is preferred, with home remodeling experience a plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence and composure when presenting in front of others
- Driven, self-motivated, and disciplined work ethic
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
