Job Description
As an Installer Helper, you will assist in the installation of our acrylic bath and shower systems, following our company procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in remodeling bathrooms, using basic trade skills like carpentry, trim work, and general construction.
- Adhere to all installation standards and procedures to ensure top-quality work.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Help keep the work area clean and respect customers' property.
- Wear company uniforms and follow grooming standards.
- Assist in explaining the functionality, care, and upkeep of the installations to customers.
- Help with completing necessary paperwork and taking photos.
- Assist in taking inventory of the installation vehicle and ensuring it is stocked with all needed tools and materials.
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education).
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, construction, or home remodeling is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Experience with carpentry, ceramic tile, floor coverings, light plumbing, or general remodeling.
