JOB SUMMARY :
The Social Media Coordinator will work alongside the Social Media & Integrated Marketing team at ONE / SIZE Beauty to support organic content creation production, with a chronically online mentality and strong focus on TikTok, lead community management, while gaining valuable experience in the beauty industry. This role will report to the Executive Director of Social Media of ONE / SIZE Beauty.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Manage strategy, video production and content calendar for TikTok
- Hosts and assist on producing weekly TikTok Lives for the social team
- Strategize and manage scheduling for YouTube shorts
- Films & edits trending content for social platform use
- Assists with on-set content creation for production shoots
- Create and observe trends across Instagram and TikTok
- Assists with social listening across all social platforms
- Leads community management across all social platforms - including comments, DM's, UGC interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction with tips / suggestions on product usage, flagging and liaison with PD and performance marketing teams on community product and restock concerns, responding to O / S community questions regarding product shades, ingredients, and application
- Leads social video reviewing and sourcing on Patrick's channels for content to be edited and used across ONE / SIZE socials
- Manage content and organize folders for the department.
