JOB SUMMARY
ONE / SIZE is seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our TikTok strategy and content initiatives. This role will oversee the creation, planning, producing, and optimization of organic social content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. As the Social Media Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align content with key business objectives, including product launches, events, and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, data-driven strategist, and trend-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development and execution of an organic TikTok content and publishing strategy, continuously adapting to trends and platform changes.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Director to set KPIs that align with broader business objectives, ensuring social media efforts drive measurable results.
- Create and manage a TikTok content calendar that aligns with product launches, events, and key brand initiatives.
- Oversee the production of TikTok content, working closely with internal teams to concept, shoot, edit, and finalize engaging videos and visuals.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce your own content for TikTok as needed.
- Develop creative, community-driven strategies that inspire brand awareness, user engagement, and participation
- Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to generate bold content ideas that elevate the brand and deliver impactful results.
