Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead IGK Hair’s brand influencer strategy, inclusive of paid and organic influencer relationships across all social platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube. This role is remote, but strong preference for candidates located in Los Angeles, New York, or Miami.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSLead organic and paid creator strategy and manage execution across all priority social platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube).Develop and deepen creator relationships with a growing roster of evergreen and campaign-specific creator partners.Work together with paid agency and marketing social team to ensure UGC program meets business needs for evergreen and campaign programs.Own content deliverables through appropriate creator review, selection, briefing, and final approval of assets.Lead influencer and press mailer programs for all key launches and hero brand campaigns.Manage reporting on all influencer metrics to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting business impact and providing analysis for future opportunities.Develop and execute optimization strategies for our evergreen influencer program.Create strategies to strengthen brand communities among professional stylists, influencers, and content creators.Ideate and execute creator IRL events. Support consumer IRL events.Oversee all influencer contract negotiations.Manage usage terms for all creators and UGC partners.Monitor and maintain monthly influencer budget.Actively stay on top of trends in the social space and track emerging new creators or potential brand partners.Stay on the cutting edge of social and creator trends to help keep the organization informed on the creator landscape.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.5 years experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.Strong people skills and existing relationships with influencers / creators in the beauty space.Past experience managing creator / influencer budget.Experience with creators and brand social media on Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube platforms required.Excels in a team environment, ability to build and maintain positive relationships through collaborative efforts and uphold IGK core values.Ability to communicate positively and productively with a solutions-oriented mindset.
