JOB SUMMARY

The R Co Digital Marketing team is growing. We are seeking a results-driven Paid Social & Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives on social platforms, primarily TikTok and Meta, and affiliate marketing channels. This role will focus on driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth with a key emphasis on TikTok Shop as a rapidly scaling revenue channel. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and has expertise in sourcing and leveraging high-performing content to maximize paid social and affiliate performance.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong communication and analytical skills who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on management to achieve results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead TikTok Shop Strategy & Execution :

Develop and execute a robust TikTok Shop strategy, optimizing listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience to maximize revenue and growth.

  • Partner with the marketing analyst and internal teams to report on and optimize TikTok Shop performance, ensuring campaigns meet new customer acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Drive Paid Social Strategy :
  • Lead TikTok Ads strategy to drive traffic and acquisition, leveraging expertise in TikTok trends, algorithms, and content formats.

  • Collaborate with content creators, internal teams, and external partners to source and adapt UGC content for paid social campaigns.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for the external paid social agency managing Meta campaigns.
  • Facilitate content sharing, performance insights, and learnings to ensure cohesive strategies across social platforms.
  • Manage Affiliate Marketing Initiatives :
  • Oversee affiliate partnerships with publishers (e.g., Rakuten, Capital One) and influencer-driven programs to drive DTC revenue.

  • Manage monthly forecasting, performance tracking, and optimization of affiliate campaigns to align with acquisition goals.
  • Content Collaboration :
  • Provide recommendations for sourcing high-performing content through partnerships with agencies, freelance creators, and internal teams.

  • Work closely with paid social agency to ensure cohesive content strategies across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization :
  • Collaborate with the marketing analyst to analyze campaign performance, create detailed reports, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve revenue and ROI.

  • Monitor and adjust spend across channels to ensure efficient investment aligned with KPIs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration :
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal marketing teams, content partners, and external agencies to streamline communication and execution.

  • Partner with the broader digital marketing team to align on acquisition and retention goals.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid social strategy and commerce with at least 1-2 years focused on TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of social ecosystem, including algorithms, trends, and content best practices.
  • Proven success in managing TikTok Shop campaigns and driving measurable revenue and customer acquisition growth.
  • Experience collaborating with paid social agencies and managing cross-platform strategies.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, including partnerships with publishers and influencer-driven programs as well as commission platforms such as Impact.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify Plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Passion for social commerce and emerging digital trends.
  • Previous experience on DTC brand, beauty experience a plus.
