About the Role :
Our client is a global leader in the travel retail industry, operating a diverse portfolio of brands across travel essentials, duty-free, and food & beverage. They are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the Singapore HR function, driving strategic business alignment and HR initiatives to support organizational growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide HR insights on organizational change, talent management, and leadership development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, coaching senior stakeholders on people-related decisions.
- Lead HR transformation efforts, fostering an agile and high-performing workforce.
- Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Manage and develop an HR team of three, ensuring smooth operations and a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
