Guest Services Specialist – Luxury Coastal Vacations
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 11 AM – 8 PM
Luxury Coastal Vacations is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Guest Services Specialist to join our team! If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing top-notch customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Process reservations, payments, and special requests
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry (Preferred not required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Weekends and holidays are required. (we are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving)
