Restaurant Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Restaurant Specialist to join our esteemed concierge team. This person has a strong understanding of what it takes to be an exceptional concierge in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be energetic, ambitious, and driven, with a strong desire to elevate their career in customer service and concierge roles.

To excel in this role, you must be passionate about the restaurant industry with extensive knowledge of and strong relationships with some of the best fine dining restaurants in New York City. The ideal candidate will be an energetic relationship builder, well-connected within the restaurant scene, and able to leverage those connections effectively.

You will:

· Communicate with clients, restaurants, and internal team members to deliver high-demand reservations at the finest restaurants in NYC

· Consistently stay informed about emerging and trending restaurants in NYC

· Develop new relationships with restaurants and nightlife venues in NYC

What we are looking for:

· Experience working with affluent individuals, including High Net Worth (HNWI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI)

· Strong knowledge of NYC’s fine dining industry

· Strong established relationships with high-end restaurants in NYC

· Proven experience in cultivating strategic relationships and partnerships with fine dining and nightlife establishments in NYC

· Proactive problem-solving mindset

· Ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role

· Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce preferred

· Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

· Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends

Salary Range:

Remote (Regardless of Location): $65,000 - $72,000

NY $72,000 - $82,000
