- Conduct comprehensive research to design and implement exceptional itineraries tailored to clients’ specifications.
- Assess individual travel requirements to ensure personalized and memorable trip designs.
- Engage in continuous training to achieve and uphold certification for travel bookings.
- Participate in webinars with suppliers to enhance your expertise in specific locations and travel offerings.
- Evaluate client budgets and organize trips within those parameters.
- Create promotional materials to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on travel restrictions and regulations.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and event bookings.
- Maintain effective communication with clients before and after their travel experience.
