Architectural Designer
to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating functional, sustainable, and visually stunning designs.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with project teams to develop creative and practical architectural design solutions.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Ensure designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a maximum of 20 years.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software; familiarity with BIM tools is a plus.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
