Position Overview
- Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (flexibility required to meet project needs).
- On-Site Requirement : This role requires your physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
- Compensation Package :
120,000 - $150,000 annually

Minimum 10 years of architectural design experience, with a focus on multifamily projectsAt least 5 years of experience using RevitBachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (equivalent experience may be considered)Active architecture license requiredProficiency in architectural tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpStrong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and multifamily design standardsExperience balancing design aesthetics with technical and constructability requirementsUnderstanding of sustainable design principles and environmentally responsible practicesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Your Role
Project Leadership
Collaborate with clients to align project designs with their needs and standardsGuide project architects and designers to ensure plans meet codes and regulationsLead and manage projects from concept through occupancyDevelop project schedules and delegate tasks to meet deadlinesCoordinate with internal and external teams, including contractors and consultantsDesign Oversight
Review and approve design concepts, plans, and drawingsEnsure alignment with project goals, standards, and specificationsOversee quality control processes to maintain design integrityCollaborate with consultants to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP solutionsProject Management
Manage vendor, contractor, and subcontractor relationshipsIdentify and mitigate project risks proactivelyAct as the primary client contact, addressing needs and presenting updatesOversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryTeam Leadership & Development
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersStay current with design trends and technologiesBudget & Financial Management
Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocationApprove contracts and purchase orders, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reportsRegulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, and local regulationsPrepare and track permit applications, integrating timelines into project schedules
