Schedule : 3 days per week, 24 hours total
Hourly Rate : $40 - $60 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Contracts Manager to support our architectural design firm in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for a professional with a legal background and strong experience in contract review, negotiation, and management . The Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring our agreements align with industry standards, mitigate risk, and support the firm's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including client agreements, consultant agreements, subcontracts, and NDAs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to architectural, engineering, and construction contracts.
- Identify and mitigate risks by advising on contractual obligations, liabilities, and potential exposures.
- Work closely with leadership, project managers, and external legal counsel to support contract negotiations and execution .
- Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
- Assist in resolving contract-related disputes and clarifying contractual terms as needed.
