About the Role
We are a multidisciplinary firm offering a comprehensive range of architectural and engineering services. We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Director with a PE license to lead the planning, design, and execution of civil land development projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role while collaborating with a talented team to deliver diverse projects. You’ll play a key part in mentoring engineers, overseeing project quality, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of land development projects across various sectors.
- Guide project teams through the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects meet budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Mentor and supervise Engineers-in-Training (EITs).
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents.
- Provide technical support during construction administration.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
