Project Engineer, PE - Water & Wastewater / Utilities
Location : Austin, Texas

Position Summary :
We are looking for a growth-oriented Project Engineer (PE) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to advance your career in a locally owned and expanding firm, working closely with Principals and coordinating with clients, sub-consultants, and other team members.
Project Types :Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct due diligence and research tasks
- Assist in preparing and monitoring project schedules
- Develop designs and drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Prepare engineering plans and reports
- Coordinate with regulatory review agencies
- Ensure work complies with applicable codes and design criteria
- Provide technical assistance during construction phases
- Secure internal approval for completed tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Education : B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Experience : 8 years in public works, with a focus on utility design
- Licensure : Texas PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Leadership Abilities : Strong communication, collaboration, and team-oriented task management
