We are looking for a dedicated Architectural Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless coordination of our projects, from initial concept through construction completion.
Position Overview
As an Architectural Project Coordinator at RM Plus Design & Development, you will play a key role in organizing and managing the development of construction documents. Your technical expertise will be essential in collaborating with the project team to ensure precision and quality throughout the project. You will coordinate efforts between designers, engineers, and contractors to meet project goals and deadlines, review and clarify documents, oversee submittal reviews, and conduct site observations during the bidding and construction phases. Additionally, you will provide architectural technical support on large-scale projects, enhancing your experience and contribution to the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination : Collaborate with project designers to translate design concepts into comprehensive contract documents. Lead the development of the Project Plan, Code Review, and Contract Documents, ensuring accurate communication and organization.
Document Management : Oversee the creation, organization, and coordination of project documents, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of milestone progress.
Quality Assurance : Review project documents with designers to ensure compliance with design concepts and client expectations. Support the Project Manager in maintaining project milestones and deadlines.
Client and Team Communication : Act as a key liaison between clients, project teams, and construction teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Construction Administration : Assist the Project Manager during the construction phase, including monitoring shop drawings, reviewing pay applications, attending progress meetings, and conducting site visits.
Required Competencies
Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Position Qualifications
Education : A four-year accredited degree in Architecture is required. Registration as an Architect is a plus.
Experience : A minimum of 2 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong background in construction administration, document production, and design.
Software Proficiency : Proficiency in REVIT is essential, along with experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
