LUXUS is growing rapidly and we are searching for the right Strategy, Finance Operations Lead to join our team. As the SFO Lead, this person will be in charge of managing the investment process, revenue projections, budget expenses, scalability, and growth. The Lead is focused on implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet long term goals. We are looking for a Lead with strong leadership skills and an out of the box thought mentality to get tasks done. The Lead will lead our team towards efficiency, productivity and success, managing cash burn, budget, financial model and all related accounting and auditing functions.. The ideal candidate has a background in finance, specifically investment banking and investment management: venture funds.

Objectives:
- Assist in Fund Launch including preparing all the marketing materials, administrator onboarding etc.
- Prepare LUXUS for the Series A by leading through definable milestones and completing them successfully;
- Translate strategy & vision into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide KPIs, performance management and operations planning;
- Oversee company operations and the accounting, auditing, and legal teams to ensure success and completion of goals; rolling up their sleeves in a player/coach mentality and tackling fast track growth;
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, development, performance management and employee retention
- Ensure global, national, regional and regulatory legal & regulatory compliance.
- Manage and Close first MultiAsset fund launch
Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance/accounting, operations, legal and HR, and support CEO in team management strategic planning;
- Build policies and procedures for every organizational unit within the Company;
- Oversee all of the Company’s equity and debt financings and work closely with the Founder on corporate governance, prospecting and deal negotiation;
- Oversee all of the Company’s securities offerings including Reg D, A IPOs, MultiAsset fund offerings, and creatively structure any financial products that may come up from time to time;
- Create and track every team member’s KPIs and report on progress on a monthly basis;
- Oversee AND execute on day-to-day administrative, accounting, legal and operational functions;
- Execute on the vision of the Founder and turn it into action items and goals;
- Monitor performance with software and take corrective action when necessary, provide leadership team with updates and forecasts
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare financial statements and audited financial statements with the SEC; the IRS
- Prepare all quantitative & qualitative reporting for the key stakeholders of the Company including the cap table, IPO investors and later LPs of the MultiAsset Fund.
Qualifications:
- Investment Banking, Asset Management background required; Fintech also acceptable;
- NYC/Wall Street location;
- 5-10 years experience in financial services as Strategy & Operations Lead or COO role (preferably in wealth management or investment management or fintech)
- Strong valuation, analysis and financial modeling skills
- Quick thinker who can operate in a hyper growth environment and think on his/hers feet;
- Problem solving skills are a must;
- Create and implement operational due diligence processes for all asset verticals launched;
- Fluency in FINRA and Investment Advisor Act regulatory & compliance laws and procedures
- Excellent ORAL AND WRITTEN communication and leadership skills
- Meticulous analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent IR skills;
- Keeps current with global geopolitical, financial markets
- Able to create complex non-traditional business models within fintech and wealthtech.
