Job Title : Technical Business Analyst
Location : Alexandria, VA (Hybrid : 3 Days Remote, 2 Days On-Site)
Salary Range : $100,000 - $119,000 per year
We are Luxus Group. A National recruiting and staffing organization who has been retained by PBS to help them hire a full time Technical Business Analyst. This opportunity will have a full time contract employed by Luxus for 6 months which will include salary, health benefits, etc. After the completion of your 6 month contract you will transition to a full time employee with PBS.

Position Summary :
PBS is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This role will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business and technology processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team, ensuring that system requirements align with business needs. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for three remote workdays per week and two on-site days at our Alexandria, VA office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for developers and IT teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to optimize business and technical workflows.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems, software applications, and enhancements.
- Assist in developing user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Work with data teams to ensure data integrity, reporting, and analytics meet business needs.
- Provide support for troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolutions with IT teams.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices relevant to PBS’s digital and broadcast operations.
