Logistics Operations Manager

LuxWall, Inc. is a company that focuses on the development and commercialization of innovative glass products for the built environment.

The transparent insulation technology, Enthermal Glass, provides significant energy performance by reducing convective, conductive, and radiative heat gain and heat loss in buildings.

As the leader of our manufacturing supply chain, you will be responsible for the supply of raw materials through delivery of finished goods to our customers.

This role requires collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.

You will establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain and develop detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company.

This position involves logistics services sourcing and carrier relations, maintaining required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production, and analyzing current inventories and procedures to suggest improvements to increase efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company.

You will develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety, implement subsequent changes to processes, and negotiate prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
