Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and screen potential drivers to facilitate placements.
- Manage day-to-day recruitment tasks, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize an active Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to post job openings and attract driver leads.
- Maintain and cultivate leads for driver recruitment to optimize earning potential.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and terminology relevant to transportation hiring.
- Demonstrated experience as a CDL driver recruiter, ideally within the last two years.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques for driver leads.
- Proficiency in using ATS for job postings and candidate management.
- Familiarity with essential hiring criteria, including MVRs, DAC reports, and DOT qualifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of transportation terminology and practices.
- Must currently reside in the U.S.; applications from candidates living abroad will not be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in CDL driver recruitment is required.
