Luxxe Property Solutions is hiring turnover cleaners for a short-term contract project in Pullman, WA. We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented professionals to perform deep cleaning of residential units during the upcoming turn season. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team helping prepare units for new residents.
Responsibilities:
- Deep clean vacated residential units
- Follow a provided checklist to ensure high-quality results
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and living spaces
- Report any issues or damages to the turn manager
- Submit photo documentation of completed work
- Maintain professionalism and work independently
Project Dates:
August 1-15
You must be available for the full duration of the project.
Requirements:
- Previous residential or turnover cleaning experience preferred
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and transportation
- Must have a smartphone to receive tasks and submit updates
- Available to work throughout the full project window
- Must take pride in delivering quality, move-in ready results
Compensation:
- Flat rate of $2,500 paid upon successful completion of the project
- Full payment issued after all assigned work is completed, inspected, and approved
- This is a one-time contract opportunity with potential for future projects based on performance
- Contractors must complete the entire project to be eligible for payment—no partial payouts
